Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Arizona Z Best collects and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, claim a listing, report a correction, recommend a business or contact us, we store what you typed into that form — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and message.
Email signups. If you sign up for Arizona Z Best emails, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the city it relates to, and when you gave consent.
Usage information. We record which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped — for example, when someone taps a call button or a link to a business's website. These events are attached to a rotating, per-session identifier that is not linked to your name and is discarded when your session ends. We deliberately keep contact details out of this event data.
Campaign information. If you arrive from an advertising campaign, we record the campaign parameters in the address you arrived with so we can tell which campaigns work.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To pass your quote request to the business you asked us to contact.
- To respond to claims, corrections and enquiries.
- To send Arizona Z Best emails you signed up for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we never sell or share the list.
- To understand which pages and recommendations are useful.
- To bill advertisers for the traffic we send them, using aggregate counts.
Who we share it with
Businesses you ask us to contact. If you submit a quote request, we pass your details to the business named on that form, so they can reply. We ask for your consent before you submit.
Service providers. Our database and hosting providers process data on our behalf.
We do not otherwise sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Advertising
We serve display advertising through the Zen Advertise network. Advertising partners may set their own cookies or similar technologies subject to their own policies.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's session storage to hold a temporary session identifier and any campaign parameters from your arrival. Analytics providers, where enabled, may set their own cookies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Arizona Z Best emails at any time, and ask us to delete information you submitted through a form by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information, including access, correction and deletion; contact us and we will handle the request.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
